A. Practice Freestanding Handstands / Handstand Walks.
If you can perform a handstand walk make several attempts at one for max distance.
B. Row 2K, rest exactly 5 min, then run 1 Mile (3x550m).
Both of these are to be done at 100% effort if possible (aka “Go All Out”).
C. Vanity Work:
3 x 12-15 Tricep Kickbacks (Alternating)
3 x 12-15 Standing Calf Raises
3 x 12-15 Barbell Shrugs
