A few of these have been posted before, but I’ve found them particularly helpful and figured they could use a bump. I encourage you to do these on a regular basis.

Ultimate Shoulder Stretch – The best I could find of this one. I usually use a barbell. You can add fractional weights if you need to raise it up a bit, depending on flexibility. I’m also a bit more aggressive with the stretch, and try to push my head through a bit.
